What a find! I am afraid to write a good review for fear this place will become too popular to get a reservation at :) Don't judge this place from the outside...just go in. The staff were very nice, the food was great (who thought Brussel Sprouts could be so yummy?), the wine list extensive, and the ambience great. you can eat inside in front or in the great patio in the back. We will be back!
We have been going here for years and we have brought several friends and never disappointed. Our favorite waitress is Emy (not sure how she spells it) We go here for no reason and for special occasions. Great place and a great chef.
We love going to this quant little hidden restaurant. Food is always good and it's got a nice warm décor. I like the elderly man that greets and seats you...he may be the owner cause he's there every time without fail. Will go back for dinner soon!
Dined at terra terroir on Saturday. Very pleasant and efficient wait staff and delicious food for the most part. In particular the French plate, short ribs, and sea bass. Crispy Brussel sprouts were edible but a tad too much oil. Truffle Parmesan fries were a major disappointment and should have been removed from bill . We enjoyed good meals and good ambiance with friends on a Saturday night. The restaurant was crowded and the tables are a bit close together, but not oppressively so. Reservations are highly recommended. The menu choices are a little restricted so it's a good idea to check them before deciding to eat at this restaurant. This place is a "sleeper" being in a strip mall in Brookhaven. However, you are transformed into a lovely dining establishment with amazing food once you enter the door. Service is top notch as is the wine list. Love the outdoor patio. It's warm even in winter.
Unless you are lucky enough to get a table in the large back room, you will be squashed into a booth or table in the front room. Tables are so close together you can dine off your neighbor's plate, as well as participate in their private conversations. While we enjoyed all the food, and had a great server, our experience did not match them because of the seating issue. Remove a table or two, revamp the booths, and you have a delightful experience worth coming back to again and again.
