Terra Terroir has been my “go to” neighborhood restaurant for years. I love sitting in the patio and although the menu hasn’t changed in a long time, the food is always good. The service, however, for the last two years, has had a lot to be desired. Tonight, the young waitress was the worst. She seemed to be in another world. From now on, I will always ask to be seated at one of Mary’s tables. I wish Alex were still there. He was the best!
Food was overpriced for the portions. We shared everything and didn’t receive extra serving spoons or plates. We asked for a second order of something that never came. It was a cute place, but I wasn’t impressed with the food. Wouldn’t go back.
Everything great but pork shank kind of chewy, expected it to be very tender. Never have been disappointed in food there before. Took 2 people who had never been and they were “quiet”….. we all ordered it.
Great Brookhaven restaurant - don’t let the shopping center location deter you!
We love the simplicity of this fine restaurant without all the glitter. Food is always consistent and very good. Service is impeccable and everyone greets with with sincerity. Its just a solid neighborhood high quality restaurant that truly seems to love what they do. They have made some very good renovations making it a very inviting and relaxing place to dine for a date night, with family or friends. You cannot go wrong with Terra Terroir.
Always a treat to have lunch here. Was a bit noisy today due to a large party, but just added to the festive atmosphere
This restaurant is a hidden gem. We discovered it only last year when we were looking around for a place to host an event. It has a beautiful, enclosed garden area and a nicely decorated main dining room with a water feature. The restaurant is tucked away in a shopping center where there is plenty of free parking. This time we came for dinner on my birthday, and we arrived early - 5:30pm is their opening time or we would have come earlier. Mary O, our server, took excellent care of us. Great lunch at the bar, it was a perfect spot to eat and work between meetings in the area. Parking was easy. I’ll be back soon for dinner!
A go-to place to dine with friends. Food was delicious and service outstanding. I love being in the “cocoon” of the garden despite a rainy, cool night.
