Terri Barrada APRN listened attentively while I described the painful symptoms affecting my left shoulder. She then did a focused assessment of my left upper extremity and noted tenderness, light swelling, and decrease in range of motion. All the staff were. Very kind including Terri but it was a very long wait after my history was taken. I understand it was a very busy day. Facilities were very clean. The nurse Amanda and Terri are great
