Had a 4 pm appt. Nurse and lab tech came in and did review and nasal swabs. said they would take about 15 minutes to run and then Terri would be in. We waited and waited and waited. Finally at 5:45 she came in and told us all tests were negative, did a short exam, sent 2 Rx to the pharmacy and then we were finished. by that time the pharmacy was closed. Very dissatisfied and will not use her again.
Well for one I came there for help. I needed to get referral so I can get home health care and hospital. Never got. I called yesterday to check on it had to leave message. No call back So I'm giving up on trying to get medical help
