Treated us good, little frustration with all the required paperwork, seemed to copy itself, but she came through for us and got us the mortgage on the house we were looking at at the rate we wanted.
Working with Kim, Melissa, and Terri was a breeze. They were attentive and very responsive. This made th process move forward with speed, which is what was needed. I would definitely recommend them to everyone I know in the future.

This was an experience that I was afraid to go through but APM was the best decision that I could make. Everyone one was so nice and even tho I had 100 questions (lol) they answered everyone in a timely manner might I add. I’m so happy got to work with everyone and can’t wait to buy my next home with them.
