I took a title loan out here over 10 years ago and wrecked the vehicle. It was totaled. Sent pictures and police report but they still required the loan be paid off before applying for another.
Employees were nice, services not so great. I called to confirm that they would auto-draft from my voided check and I was told no, that I needed to come in to pay or pay over the phone, so I did it over the phone. Two days later, they pulled another payment with the voided check causing me to default on other auto drafts in my account as well as cause nsf fees charged in my bank account.
