Staffs are nice and helpful. Facility is clean. However, there is only one cable machine. I wish TFF will add more.
It is amazing place for building mass and strength.But there are just way too less accessories for the amount of people that go there.I end up Waiting 20 minutes for my next exercise/set
Assistant GM, Chris was very pleasant and informative but the kids club attendant was less than friendly and seemed to be more occupied with helping her daughters that were there at the time doing their homework than paying attention to the kiddos in the room. Also, when I asked her if the room got pretty busy at times and she confessed that often there are more kids in there than the 2 attendants can handle which makes me a little uneasy when I will be bringing both my 2 yr old and 6 mo old with me every workout. I love it great GYM , good equipment, I do have an issue with some people that spend longer time using certain units because they are just looking at their cell phones instead of keep going, but this has nothing to do with the Gym,is just people
Great customer service.
I went in clueless on how to lose the gut that I acquired over the last 3 years. TFF was very helpful and encouraging to get me started and keep me motivated to lose the 30 pounds I need to lose.
