Very good equipment, professional staff, not much people in gym!
Machines and weights are fine. Wish there was a place to do deadlifts, more areas to do pull ups, and a spot to do incline sit ups. Also wish the gym was 24hrs or at least open later on weekends. Staff however is extremely friendly and helpful. They are all fantastic.

It’s a great environment for my wrestling team to get the extra work in they need. The facility and machines are pretty awesome and surpass my expectations for a regular gym. It’s in a nice and accessible place so it gives me no room for excuses when it comes to getting that extra rep in.

I absolutely love this gym and Mary who is helping us get started with training. She is just the push I need and very encouraging. Christian was very helpful with signing us up and making us feel like family. Not only is he very personable but he has a great sense of humor.
