My husband and I love our new hot tub! Ross at the Dallas Location was excellent in informing us of the different products available! The local showrooms has hot tubs that you can test!! The shipping was amazing! One week after ordering our delivery arrived! The delivery team and electrician work was top notch! We are very pleased with our purchase and recommend this company.

Our experience in purchasing the hot tub including installation was superb. Ross Underwood is an amazing manager and salesman. No question was left unanswered and he is a consummate professional! He returned many phone calls to help us complete paperwork for the state tax reduction for medical reasons. The Spa is beautifully made and is a great addition to our back yard. On a scaled of 1-10 Ross is a 10+++.

All the reviews here are true. Ross is the Tom Brady of hot tub sales professionals. He's the GOAT. He was extremely patient with all the hundreds of questions I emailed him, and he always kept me in the loop with production / delivery schedule, etc. He even emailed me from the UK while he was on vacation. We recently purchased a hot tub from Texas Hot Tub Company and had the pleasure of working with Ross Underwood as our sales executive. Although supply chain issues across the world provided less than optimal delivery time frames for all customers, Ross was there to run down timely status updates to let us know what he heard from production and the warehouse. We bought our spa through Ross at the Texas Hot Tub Company. Ross is a great encourager, and was right there with us every step of the way, always open to answer any question. Our tub is the coolest spa I have ever been in. I still haven’t found my favorite spot because there are so many great ones. We went in back in July "just to look". Well, you know how that always turns out! Ross was awesome to work with. No pressure at all and he recommended the perfect hot tub for us. We placed the order and waited for it to come in. We got it delivered yesterday. Arthur and his guys were excellent setting it up for us. Can't wait to use this thing!
