The staff is friendly from beginning to end, the atmosphere is very inviting and fun, and they truly do care for the wellbeing of their patients. Thank you Sheila and Dr. James for everything! RecommendedI cannot say enough about this dental practice. Having been scarred for life from a dentist when I was young, the thought of finding one for my children gave me so much anxiety! We've been to the Melissa and Frisco locations and both were incredible! They got my son in today after losing a crown last night. They explained everything they were doing in very 5 year old friendly terms and we were in and out. RecommendedDr. James, his assistant Jocelyne, and his team were GREAT! Everything about it was perfect! Dr. James not only took care of my children, but he also educated us! Which was my favorite! It's not the usual talk oh "brush and floss every day, see you next time" but went to further details to why we need to do it and tips/advice for each child. Really took his time with us and never rushed out in a hurry. I am extremely happy I found a great pediatric dentist for my children. 10 stars from me and my family!
