RecommendedMy 6 and 2 year old came for their first visit today and I couldn’t have been happier. The staff were amazing with my girls and the dentist was patient, kind and very informative. The office is beyond kid friendly where it is all about having fun at the dentist.
Pediatric dentists are a dime a dozen in frisco. We’d been going there for a few years, they are fine, nothing special. Usually long waits. Yesterday they called at 8am for my new insurance. I filled in their form that they texted me with my new insurance at 1:39pm. When I got there they say because THEY didn’t see my updated insurance yesterday I would have to go out of pocket.
