Texas Toyota of Grapevine has excellent service! I recently took my truck in for front rotors and brake service. Very friendly and professional service department. Finished my repairs sooner than expected. A lot of room in the waiting area. Very pleased with this location.

Service Center was fantastic and service advisor very informative and very nice. Should have been there for at least 6 hours but service advisor got me out of there within 3 hours. That is what I call great service!!!!!

My experience at Toyota of Grapevine was very pleasant. Monica kept me fully informed of the progress. Even offered a complementary ride up to a restaurant. Even with 4 wheel alignment oil change took no time.

I love Toyota of Grapevine - they have been great to me. This particular time though, I waited a really long time for a tire change. I made an appointment and wish they would have told me when I got there that it may be several hours before they looked at my car or were able to change a tire if that's what was needed. I could have had someone pick me up instead of waiting for so long. Other than that it was good. Also - they should have a snack machine where you can buy stuff if you have to wait so long. It took all day, I didn't receive printout of inspection, no car wash voucher, and my headlight bulb they claimed to replace was burnt out in 4 days and had to pay to replace again.
