I love working with Robert hes always looking at what I can afford what I need to do on definitely an advocate service takes a long time and its a long wait I am. Im not sure I understand the appointment purpose. Appointment should be taken as priority over walkins Ive waited 2 to 4 hours for a fairly simple service I know theyre short staffed but it is an issue but not reflective on Robert.

Two hours after drop off I was called about additional repairs needed and I declined. I was told my car was in the detail department and it should be done shortly. I returned to the dealership at 11:30 am based on info provided. Service rep failed to keep me updated on repair progress. I asked about my car three hours after dropping it off and I was told it was almost done. An hour later I was told it would be ready in 30 minutes.
