Noah Fernandez was the service rep who helped me. I was very pleased and will request him in the future. The only complaint I have is the mechanic did not reset my Service required light. This is the second time this has happened. I live 23 miles from the dealership so driving back to get this done is inconvenient. I had no choice but to do so since we were going on a road trip and I wanted this feature functioning properly.
