My Agent was very helpful, Eric Bennett. He was very thorough and not only explained everything in detail but followed up every step of the way. I had contacted another company before Texas lending, but they were somewhat pushy and could not give me the answers or details I asked for. Mr. Bennett did and went further by explaining the whole process of my refinance. I’m very happy with them and my decision to refinance with Texas Lending!

The process was longer than expected. Receiving call-backs were disappointing as well. I was told the process is different because of COVID so if so that’s understandable. However we were expecting a little more of a personal friendly touch than what we received. I would recommend your service to a friend or family.

We tried 2 other well known companies and would get stalled in underwriting. Then I guess third time is the charm because they kept their word and kept us informed throughout the process. Great experience and would recommend them to everyone!

While the loan took longer than I would have liked, Ashley R-R was upfront about the extended time BEFORE I applied for the loan, which I appreciated. I was also able to reach her when I needed to. She usually answered her phone, but when she didn’t she called me back quickly. A business is only as good as their employees. In this case Ashley made the positive difference for me. Rates were the best I could find as well.
