I shopped quite a few lenders when I first started looking for financing for my new home. The reason I chose Brian and TexasLending is they offered me the lowest rate out of all the lenders. The rate was nice and the service was even better. They communicated often and kept me abreast of the status of my loan the whole way through. Towards the end there was a delay (that I caused) with needed documents, but they still managed to pull through, get it done, and close on time. Amazing! Thank you TexasLending!

Great rate, process started well but was finished sloppily. Tracey Hebert was a bright spot. Poor communication during the process until she got involved very late.
This is my second refi with Texas Lending. My individual portal and email notifications made it easy to stay ahead of the process. My Mortgage Consultant contacted me to see if I ever had any questions. I was always kept abreast of number changes to the closing and was able to get answers why. The closing process took 30 minutes. So happy I decided to go again with Texas Lending. I have used Quicken once and I felt because they are nationwide they didn’t know the local landscape.
Susan was GREAT & kept us informed even with a big surge in applications. She got us the rate & term we wanted & kept it for us thru the longer approval process due to the higher applications. We will pass on her contact info to anyone we know who is considering refinancing or buying a new home.
