I had a great experience with Wes Cohen. He did a fantastic job of listening to my needs and offering the best product at the best rate/price available to fulfill those needs. He was responsive to my many questions, and available early in the day or later in the evening. I'll be working with Wes again once interest rates fall and it makes sense to refinance.

Wes made our cash out refinance extremely easy. It took 27 days from point of contact to funding (1 of those days was a holiday). Wes was fully transparent and made sure to let us know he was here for us. HIGHLY recommend Texas Lending and their staff. Thank you a wonderful experience!
