Wes Cohen received my request for what started out as a request for a home equity loan, after starting that process, I decided, with Wes’ help to go with a refi. Along every step, Wes provided me all the options. Never did I detect Wes getting frustrated nor did I feel pressured to choose what could have gotten him more money but rather what was comfortable for me. And just as he said, hold process took about 2 weeks! If choosing Texas Lending, Wes Cohen is your guy! Thank you Wes for everything!!!

Best experience ever with Wes Cohen. My wife and I were in discussion with two other lenders about getting a home equity loan and were just simply getting the run around.
