I worked with Wes Cohen who was exceptional in all ways, including just being a nice and thoughtful person. He lead us through the loan process from before I made and offer and was available to answer any questions throughout the entire journey. I had a terrible lengthy process years ago with a different lender and this process made me feel so much better about the lending process going forward. Thanks!

My experience with Texas Lending was more than amazing. Wes was my representative, he made my application process flawless, answered my questions, kept me up to date on status. When I did have to call Wes, if he didn’t answer, he was prompted to call back. Complete transaction from start to finish was incredibly fast. I’m impressed. I will refer Wes to family & friends. I will return to Wes & Texas Lending.
