Wes was fantastic, great communication on where things where at and what was next. He was very responsive when we had questions and helped fine tune our refi after the initial amounts weren't going to meet our needs. Wes Cohen received my request for what started out as a request for a home equity loan, after starting that process, I decided, with Wes’ help to go with a refi. Along every step, Wes provided me all the options. Never did I detect Wes getting frustrated nor did I feel pressured to choose what could have gotten him more money but rather what was comfortable for me.
