Absolutely the only way I would consider doing another cash out refinance, mortgage loan or standard refinance would be only if its with Texas Lending. The team they have are excellent at what they do and they are attentive, patient and knowledgeable with any questions or concerns I had on my cash out refinance home mortgage loan.
