William and Stephen were incredibly helpful along the entire process. This is my 5th mortgage and was, by far, the most streamlined and easiest. I doubted Texas Lending could get us closed as quickly as we wanted to - but they did! I would both recommend and use them again!

It was great working with Joe! The process was swift and we closed a lot earlier than anticipated. This is our first home and we were prepared for the worst, from stories from our friends and families that have purchased homes in the past. This was not true about Texas Lending!

Overall, TX Lending did an excellent job getting my re-fi loan approved. There were a couple of "hic-cups" in the beginning, but John Murphy stepped in and worked everything out to a positive result. I will also say that every person I dealt with were so professional and very pleasant to work with, Texas Lending's process' to get documents in front of me was easy to deal with and again, the staff was always available to assist. This the second refi I have done with your company. This one was much more problematic to say the least. Brian Vander Pleets was my contact. I do not believe that he was the issue. I believe the issue is with the him having to go through processors. There was a brake down in the communication of what I wanted to do with this refi. I believe that if he was able to do the whole process it would have went off without much problems.
