Victor and Terra did very well working with to get everything done. Victor spent a lot of time on the phone with me, answering every question that I had as a first time homebuyer. He helped me break down everything I needed as the process went along. Terra helped me with a lot of the processing question in a timely manner. She was great to work with when the underwriter needed documents and helped speed up the process.
I think from what Peggy Loat said, this was a particularly difficult process. The fact that we entered into bankruptcy six months before seeking a reverse mortgage complicated matters, but throughout the process Peggy kept her cool and when I became impatient with the demands the underwriter placed upon us, she managed to talk me down and get the deal done. I most certainly appreciate her assistance.
