Tu(Kevin) made a believer out of me. :o) I didn't think that we could get it done with the amount of debt I had l,.as well as refinancing my home in the time frame that I needed. He worked with me every step of the way, he provided me clear direction about what we were going to do and specifically what's going to happen and what was needed on my part; I have never been through a loan process so smooth in my life. Peggy Loar was exceptional. The long delays due to long wait for 2 appraisals and extreme differences. The process took 2 1/2 months. Overall Peggy was very helpful just the process was longer than anticipated
