Third time dealing with Texas Lending and second time with Wes. These guys do what they say - no empty promises! This was hopefully my last time buying/refi - but if I have to do it again, I will call Wes.

Great experience. Straight and to the point. No hassles. Discover thought they had is locked in and undervalued my house telling us we wouldn’t be able to qualify for that amount. So they sent us an offer for $10,000 less which would not cover everything we needed to do. Even though we were ready to sign papers, I called Texas lending and in a quarter of the time that it took with Discover, we had everything ready to close and sign.

Everything was great but time frames. We were often told 3 or 4 days and it took several days longer. Getting the checks from the title company was the worst at this.
