Everything was convenient and quick. Being able to provide almost all of the information electronically was a big plus for me. The staff was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Brian J Vander Plaats and Jodee Ford were the 2 loan officers that I was in communication with and they were both very professional and helpful.

Working with Texas Lending was extremely easy and all aspects of our loan were handled thoroughly and professionally. The new home loan was quickly approved and we had no issues . Our loan officer, Wes Cohen, was friendly, knowledgeable, and we enjoyed working with him. He also worked hard to arrange for a slightly lower rate (after we previously locked in) when we belatedly discovered we could have gone thru one of our credit unions for a loan with an even lower interest rate. Brian Vander Platts guided us through the many obstacles during the home mortgage process and was able to get us our loan and our house. The process was difficult at times due the current market but Brian and Jodee Ford worked with us and in the end got us our new home loan.
