I started my refinance process with a simple inquiry on-line. Within 5 minutes of hitting Send, I got a phone call from Allan and off we went! It was less than 24 hours and I had received and email from Diana who led me through the online paperwork process. When you hear ads on the radio that say they are the best; BELIEVE THAT! 17 days, 17 days from initial contact to closing the loan. I challenge anyone to find better service anywhere. Adrienne and Debbi were great. Only place to improve would be with underwriting. They were far too scrutinizing, even insulting at times. My finances were supported through 6 documents and they still were nitpicking. I might have gone to another lender if it weren't for adrienne and debbi. Thanks to both.
