Very fast and efficient, once you deal with Texas Lending Mortgage you will never go back to a bank for buying a house. Will diffently be back on my next home purchase.

It was easy and fast to refinance our loan from 30 years to 20 years AND get cash out!! Less than 25 days from application to cash in the bank. The people we worked with were AMAZINGLY helpful and most of it was done via email - also very convenient!!
