Wes Cohen was the loan officer for our Home Equity Loan. His communications with us was frequent and at a super professional level. If I needed to talk with him, he was ALWAYS just a phone call or text away. If he couldn't answer the phone right away, I got a return call within minutes. Every part of this process has been easy because of the work Wes did on our behalf. Wes is a superstar!!
