We had a such a great experience with Texas Lending. Wes answered all my questions and stayed in constant communication with us through the whole process. We closed extremely fast just like he said we would. A man from a very well known competitor called me the same day as Wes and my experience between the two was like night and day! We will always go back to Wes and Texas Lending!

We looked into several lenders prior to working with Wesley Cohen at Texas Lending. Wes did not try to trick us, like another lender tried to do. Some of the other places called 24/7 after researching different loan programs online. They acted like circling vultures. As a matter of fact, we almost stopped our entire project because we were so put off by aggressive companies calling nonstop.
