Did a cash out refi with Gary. The process was smooth and simple....almost too smooth! Easiest mortgage I have ever gotten in my life. I expect to buy a new house in a few years and plan on coming back to Texas Lending for my next mortgage!

Overall our experience was positive. The only issue we had was not being informed that if we didn't pay for the appraisal by a certain date, that it would cost more to keep our current financing rate locked in, which cost us and extra $900 and our loan officer never apologized or admitted fault.
