The refi process was very easy and was not time consuming at all. The only bad part was having to drive an hour for closing on a Saturday when we didn’t get the cash out funding until after 3 business days. So there was no reason to close on a a Saturday. But again considering how smoothly the application and approval process went we very satisfied with the company.
