The people I worked with where friendly and knowledgeable Susan and Elizabeth stayed on top of it and helped a lot because of my lack of knowledge with computers. I just wish I could have done it in a office environment it would have been so less stressful on me.

This could not have been an easier refi experience! I was hesitant to start the process because it always feels like a bottomless pit of needs, invasive questions, etc. Start to finish, this was anything but and we were pretty blown away!
