Refinance procedure was detailed and the entire staff keep us informed on the progress via email, text or on a telephone conversation.
The team at Texas Lending made the process go very smoothly. It took a little longer than I had thought it would, but that was due to outside vendor scheduling. They kept me informed and made the process easy.

The people I worked with where friendly and knowledgeable Susan and Elizabeth stayed on top of it and helped a lot because of my lack of knowledge with computers. I just wish I could have done it in a office environment it would have been so less stressful on me.
