Everything went fine except at signing. We were expecting a title company to walk us through the loan signing. We had a few questions during signing. The only person attending the signing was the notary.
Quick fairly easy process. Second time we’ve used Texas nothing. Both times delays were at the title company and with lawyers.Satisfied with the customer service. Would recommend however representatives not call the customers “boss”. In my opinion it does not sound professional. Further, employment verification through my government employer was conducted twice. One by contractor and one about the company. Not sure why it had to be verified twice. Really fast and simple
After dealing with frustration at another refinance company, I found John Giles at Lending Tree. He was extremely knowledgeable, and friendly. The entire process went smoothly and very quickly. I was informed of every step, and although I did need to show quite a few documents, I was able to supply all that was needed. Andrew Swansey was the loan processor.
