The whole experience was super easy. The electronic signing of the documents and the portal to upload all requested documents were simple and very efficient to use. My advisor, Brian Benitez and processor, Teresa Mosley were very responsive. The whole process was seamless and I got a great low interest rate!

Sheila offered an ultra low rate that others could not match. A few came close, but Sheila called me every few days to check on progress. She also responded quickly to any questions or concerns we had. As soon as re notified her of the closing date, we locked our low rate. When we had to push the closing due to builder and supply chain delays, she was helpful and calming. And the loan funding docs were available an hour after we closed! Sheila delivered all of her promises!
