Extremely satisfied. Order arrived two days ahead of advertised.
FedEx ship status supplied was poor. TGW opened a case quickly but the resolution method was unclear. I still don't have my products weeks later and it is unclear what is causing the continued ship delay. There was no offer of expedited reship to resolve before christmas.
