My first purchase ever from TGW. Everything went smooth, price was good thanks to a good sale going on at that time. Overall I wasn't in love with the shoes once I tried them on in person, so I returned them. I wish I didn't have to pay for return shipping, but at the same time, it was a very easy and smooth process so I'm not upset about it or anything it was just a little bummer when I found that out. Wouldn't stop me from future purchases. I scour your website weekly if not daily! Your promo emails are working ;)
