My package took longer because I had a PO Box as delivery address. I wish the website would have rejected the PO Box as an option so I would have realized who the carrier was. It didn’t make a big time difference, but it took an extra few days to receive the package because of that.

The BOA shoes are a little difficult for me to put on. I have one foot with a higher arch and the other is slightly swollen due to the effects of knee surgery a few years ago. Enclosing a good shoe horn would have been helpful.
