I thought the delivery was not as speedy as other sites, but it did arrive when promised There was no appropriate response to how I was treated by customer service. I sent an email declaring that my item did not arrive. But the next morning another household member brought it to me....it had in fact arrived at my home. So I IMMEDIATELY emailed customer service to apprise them of the situation..... so I can’t really judge how they ‘handled’ the situation.
Shipping a package in today's society from Kansas to Kentucky should not take 10 days.
I have made several purchases from TGW and it’s always been super easy and great pricing!

I love your selection, prices, websites, product reviews, etc. This is the only time I have been really disappointed with the delivery. Item took 7 business days to arrive and the products were in stock. I have no issue with TGW, only your vendor. UPS does a much better job than FedX or USPS
