You should work with FedEx to have them correct their shipping estimated dates. On multiple orders I've made with TGW that has FedEx shipping, they show the current date as the expected delivery date, even when the item is not yet in-state. The following day, the estimated delivery date is updated to that day, again even though the item clearly is not going to be delivered that day. The shipping isn't slow.
