I've ordered four Slimsation skorts now. Two fit perfectly. The first black one ordered was missized. I was offered the sale price but no replacement for the first one, so I paid the sale price and upped my order to over $99 to receive free shipping. The second black skort is still unlike the other two. I don't know if the black skort is manufactured by a different company, but the size 8 is still smaller that the size 8 in the navy and charcoal.
