My experience shopping for my second time with TGW was excellent. I had a specific shoe color and size I needed, but I still had a wide range of options to pick from. Unfortunately the first set of shoes I ordered ran tight. Once I called Customer support and understood the return process, I was very easy. I was under a bit of a time crunch, but I was able to find a new pair of shoes that fit much better.
