I bought a pair of golf shoes and when I tried them on I noticed a defect of the shoe. Call TGW and they sent me out another pair that day and sent me all the details to send back the defected shoes with no cost and no additional bill to my credit card. The shoes ended up on my porch within 2 days and all is good. Great service and understanding.
