As usual, my experience with TGW was professionally handled in all aspects of this purchase.
I couldn't find the item I wanted in my size in the store nearest me (Hartford, CT), but the staff was very helpful in finding it in another store in Rhode Island, and was delivered to my store the next day - which was very impressive! The customer service at both stores was very good. I'll definitely shop at TGW again, both in-store and online.
