I wanted to exchange an item, but chat was not available (preferred method). I did call, and Brandon was more than capable of managing the exchange.
I got a pair of shoes and a glove but the glove was refunded and I never cancelled it. Was a bit confused but just went to my local course to get a glove. Shoes are a fantastic fit
