I ordered a few shirts from TGW. The first order, I actually returned but called to ask about the return process and they were extremely helpful. My next order included 2 shirts but I noticed the price dropped a few hours after purchase. I called again and they were happy to credit me the difference in price. Very good experience with customer service!
Be nice if you threw in some complimentary golf tees or something else with your company logo on it.
