The tracking information was inaccurate the whole time the package was on it's way. It kept giving me dates it would be delivered but it did not arrive on any of those dates. I was not in a hurry for the items but it took over a week to get here.
You need to explain why some backordered items are going to come through as the wait seems like forever when waiting for part of an order. This is especially true of Ping products.
