The communication from the minute my order went through was great. The tracking information was updated in real time and notifications were great.
The delivery time was not well communicated at the time of purchase. I received a confirmation e-mail of my purchase with a comment that I would be notified when the order was processed. The order took about a week to be delivered which was okay but it would have been nice to know when I purchased the item that it would take a week for delivery.
