I just want to explain my #7 rating...My purchase was made with a tgw credit. The person who took my order was not sure how to handle it, so she had to put me on hold to get assistance. I’m not complaining, but just wanted to give you the reason for a 7, instead of a 10. It just took more time for her to process my order, as I was on hold for a while. She was aplologetic for my wait time, very polite & pleasant to deal with. Overall, the experience was exceptional!
