A friend and i visited the Thai Square, Covent Garden on Friday the 15th October.... The restaurant was busy when we arrived, the table was booked for 9, so there were a lot of people arriving and leaving. the food was lovely, very filling and extremely good value for money, however having looked at the menue, i would suggest ordering from there as there was more choice and not a significant price difference. I will definately be returning but more for lunch than dinner.
Took up the £20 3 course deal. Food was nice nothing spectacular but very tasty. Very pleasant staff and nicely busy .
Went to the Shaftesbury Avenue one, Were given good seating away from everyone else so we had out own intimate group, lighting was a bit bright, would be better if lighting dimmed. service good, great food.
Thai Swuare, Covent Garden. Food was nice enough although nothing extraordinary. We sat next to the window and not much ambience, perhaps further into the restaurant would have been more atmospheric.
Good ambience, food and service. We ordered the pre theatre set menu. The selection of dishes was nicely balanced with a range of flavours. Although most of the dishes contained chicken. Both starter and main were fine, though some had more flavour than others. The desert however, lacked imagination.
Fantastic food, took a little long but large party could be cause
Thai Square, Covent Garden, London. Great ambiance and friendly staff. Had the pre-theatre dinner menu which was good value at £14.50 for 3 courses. Starter was good, mains were excellent and mango sorbet pudding excellent. The Pad Thai was one of the best I've had.
Wednesday night meant a quiet meal which was nice. Interesting decor with lovely lamps. Tasty starters and seabass and nice non alcoholic cocktail. Bit pricey for £30 a head though....
Very nice branch, quiet with good service. Food and wine were excellent.
