Thai Square at the Minories, London. It was surprisingly quiet for a Friday night - really enjoyed the food, it was really quite good Thai. Service was odd, one minute they were super attentitve, the next it was difficut to get someone's attention! The staff were lovely though and the food was quite quick. The wine of the week (Fonty's Pool, a West Australian wine) was good and great value. More than an average suburban Thai but reasonable given this restaurant is in the city.

The restaurant at Thai Square occupies a large floor area so this restaurant is not for cosy dining but if you want good Thai food and charming and efficient servce, this is the restaurant for you.
Went for a meal for one while on buisness in London. On arrival there was a very warm welcome. I had barely sat down and hot Thai prawn crackers were put on the table. I was then given some help chosing my starter and I had hardly taken a drink of my tasty Thai beer and the mixed Thai starter was on the table - excellent! I chose the Jungle curry for my main course and it too was excellent - very hot with a little side dish of chopped chillies. The waitresses were all very attentive and helpful.
Good lunch place. Quite reasonably priced and buzzy place in the city.

Thai Square in central London near London Bridge. We were a group of 6 and had a dinner there. The food was good, the decor was tasteful. It was also conveniently-located, literally at a stone's throw from where we stayed the night.
